Returns and Refund Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase you are entitled to a 7 day 'cooling off' period from the day you receive your goods, in which time you should notify us that you wish to return your item/s and a full refund will be given, including any original delivery charges.
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, you may return it up to 14 days after receiving it and you will be offered a replacement or refund plus the return postage costs (if we deem appropriate we may return up to 50% of the postage cost).
Please Note: Opened packages for domes, wax guards, tubes, receivers or any other item which comes in contact with a hearing aid or person, are non-refundable due to hygienic reasons. We are unable to accept returns in this case. Please ensure you have the correct product before opening it or you will not be entitled to recieve a refund or exchange.
If you have ordered the wrong product and would like an exchange, you need to send the product back to the following address:

We can only exchange items that are in their original pakaging. We can only exchange items that have been unopened and have not had any contact with a hearing aid or person.
